This is my second time at the shop, and once again, the service was top-notch. I let my ten-year-old handle the shopping since he knows what he wants, and the staff are fantastic with him. Unlike many places that just keep kids busy, these folks actually take the time to explain things and offer solid advice. I've also placed a few online orders, and they always arrive quickly and without any issues. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

I've purchased gear from the Bushcraft Store previously and felt it was time to share my thoughts on their online service. It was just top-notch from beginning to end, with consistent updates and tracking to see where my stuff was. My place is in the far reaches of West Penwith in Cornwall, and we usually face a hassle with deliveries, but not with the Bushcraft Store. From placing my order to receiving it took just 2 days!!!!!! I'm really impressed, thanks a bunch!

For over a decade, I've been a customer of TBS. They offer a fantastic selection of reliable gear. I've picked up numerous knives, axes, books, and a few pairs of Fjallraven pants from their great shop in North London. The staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside? There's always some shiny or sharp item that I can't resist buying.

I've shopped with this company in the past. Service has always been top-notch, except for that Post Office mess, but Andy was quick to handle it and I finally received my carving knives! Their customer support is fantastic; I reached out via email a few times and always got a speedy response. Definitely recommend and will be back for more, thanks a bunch!

I've been purchasing from them online for years without a hitch. My orders always show up on time and are spot on. Recently, I requested some color-coded samples of paracord because I struggle to differentiate between many colors. They sent me every color they offer, clearly labeled with their website name, so I can see which colors go well together and figure out what to buy (I've mistakenly grabbed safety yellow instead of regular yellow before since they look so alike). I would, have, and will keep recommending these folks to everyone I know.

Customer service here is really lacking and the attitude is just not cool. This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with, and I ended up getting a refund for my order (more than £100). Do they even offer any training on how to keep customers happy and not lose their cash? They definitely should.

Just had a terrible time trying to make a purchase. This company seems to lack any grip on their online ordering system. They grabbed my card info, I hit 'pay', and then I got a message that said 'oops'. I was left in the dark about whether the payment went through or not. I reached out to them to check if they still had my card details, but they told me they couldn't confirm that since it was now with a processing company. Then, I kept receiving messages from Bushcraftstore asking me to pay. I requested them to assure me that they would delete the data they had on me, but I never heard back.

As a first-time buyer, I had my doubts even with the 4-star rating due to the few reviews. But man, am I glad I decided to go for it! I snagged an awesome deal on my item, and it shipped out in under a day, arriving almost the next day. I say almost because I ordered late Wednesday night, and it showed up on Friday. No doubt about it, I’ll be ordering from them again!

I ordered a Martindale machete for my job, but it never showed up. Nobody from the company reached out to me, and when I finally complained after weeks, I just got a metaphorical shrug and a refund. I’d definitely recommend shopping somewhere else or just hitting up their physical stores. Online shopping with them is a real letdown.

The product showed up really fast, and they kept me in the loop about when it was sent out. Sadly, it didn’t fit right, so I needed to send it back. The folks on the phone were super helpful in walking me through the return process, and I got my full refund in no time. I'm really happy with their customer support and will definitely shop with them again. Great job!

I placed an order for a bushcraft carving knife. There was a bit of a hold-up with the shipping, so I reached out for some info. The delay was because they needed to verify my age, which meant I had to send in a document. It was kinda annoying that this wasn't made clear when I ordered, but they handled it well. Daniel, the rep I spoke with, was super helpful and kept me in the loop. I got my knife the very next day.

I ordered a satchel and it was marked as 'signed for'. However, I never got the package, even though the tracking info claims it was delivered. The customer support is just awful: I requested a refund since I haven't received a thing. Their response? 'Go ask the mailman.' I even gave them another shot to sort it out, warning that I'd initiate a chargeback through my credit card company if they didn’t. I gave them two chances to fix this, but they just went completely quiet. Really disappointing service!!

The folks at the Bushcraft store are top-notch! I was trying to order a bunch of hammocks, and through a whole bunch of emails where my order kept shifting, they responded really quickly and stayed patient to help me finalize my order. I'm really thankful, thanks a ton!

This is an awesome shop! I've done my shopping both in-person and online, and let me tell ya, the experience is always top-notch. The shipping costs are quite fair, and the delivery is super quick. They have a fantastic selection of items. I'm particularly fond of their own brand steel cookware and knives; the quality is amazing, and I reckon it's a real bargain.

I purchased a Mora Knife from the Bushcraft Store. Unfortunately, I received the incorrect one (they appeared quite alike in the packaging!). I called The Bushcraft Store, and they were incredibly apologetic and supportive. They quickly dispatched the right knife (without waiting for the return of the wrong one), and it showed up on time. Awesome customer service. Awesome shop. Cheers, folks!
